These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with extrawize.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.extrawize.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

DISCLAIMER

Extrawize.com do not guarantee that all the items available at the web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.

Part of the services mediated through the site are performed by outside organizations. In situations where extrawize.com act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

COLOURS AND PRODUCT PICTURES

We cannot guarantee that the colours on the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

Product images shown on this website may vary slightly from actual product.

PAYMENT

Extrawize.com accepts payment by VISA / Mastercard or PayPal.

When paying by credit or debit card, extrawize.com reserves the right to check the validity of the card, that there is enough balance to cover the purchase sum, and that the address details of the purchaser are correct. Extrawize.com reserves the right to deny the purchase. Credit card payment is made with our partners Paypal and Maksekeskus. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

PRICES

Prices are shown in Swedish Krona (SEK), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Danish Krone (DKK) and Euros (EUR). All prices displayed at extrawize.com include country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fee will be added to the order in the checkout step and might differ based on which country your order is shipped to.

CURRENCIES

Extrawize.com cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates that the bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer.

Extrawize.com uses the following exact currency rates to show prices on the web shop:

  • 1 EUR = 9.37 SEK
  • 1 EUR = 8.91 NOK
  • 1 EUR = 7.46 DKK

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this period we trust that you will treat the product and its packaging with care.

All products must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Extrawize.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

We are able to exchange items only if they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty contact us and you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange.

As soon as you find out extrawize.com sent you an incorrect item, contact us and we’ll send you the correct item as soon as we can at no extra charge.

FAULTY ITEMS

Items are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Extrawize.com will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. Extrawize.com will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Extrawize.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Extrawize.com are using Omniva and Itella postal services. Customers who are ordering from Estonia and Finland can use automated parcel service. To customers in other countries we will send packages to their nearest postal offices.

Delivery time in Estonia and Finland can be from 2 to 3 days. In other countries it can be extended to 7-9 days.

PRIVACY POLICY

The personal information you forward to extrawize.com will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings we have and to assure you the best service. Extrawize.com will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. Extrawize.com assumes responsibility for all personal information that you make available to us and does not pass on any information to a third party under any circumstances.

If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
